Content Policy

ChikiPay is currently in pre-launch. This policy will be finalized before the platform opens. Last updated: August 2026.

ChikiPay is built for creators. Our content policy is designed to be clear, fair, and stable — so you always know where you stand. We won't surprise you with sudden policy changes that wipe out your storefront overnight.

Allowed Content

  • Cosplay photography (all ratings)
  • Boudoir and glamour photography
  • Lingerie and swimwear modeling
  • Suggestive and implied content
  • Artistic nude photography (non-sexual context)
  • Fitness and athletic photography
  • Fashion and editorial photography
  • Behind-the-scenes and set photography
  • Digital art, illustrations, and prints
  • Video content in the above categories

Not Allowed

  • Sexually explicit content (penetration, explicit sexual acts)
  • Content involving minors or depicting minors in any context
  • Non-consensual content or content depicting non-consent
  • AI-generated deepfakes depicting real, identifiable people
  • Content that violates any applicable law
  • Content promoting violence, hate, or illegal activities
  • Content you don't have the rights to sell

How We Review Content

New creators

Your first three products go through a manual review before going live. We review within 24 hours. This is to verify your content matches our policy — not to gatekeep. Once you've got three approved products, you're an established creator and future uploads go live immediately.

Established creators

Products go live immediately. We do random spot-checks (roughly 1 in 10 products) to maintain policy compliance. If we find an issue, we'll reach out before taking any action — you'll always get a chance to fix things.

Buyer reporting

Buyers can report content they believe violates our policy. We review all reports within 48 hours.

DMCA and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

  • If you believe your copyrighted work is being sold without authorization, submit a DMCA takedown request to dmca@chikipay.app
  • We review and act on valid takedown requests within 48 hours
  • Affected creators are notified and given the opportunity to file a counter-notice
  • Repeated copyright violations result in account termination

Enforcement

We handle policy violations through a graduated response:

  1. First issue: we contact you, explain the problem, and give you time to fix it
  2. Repeated issues: content may be suspended pending review
  3. Serious violations: immediate content removal and possible account suspension
  4. Egregious violations (minors, non-consent, illegal): immediate and permanent account termination

Our Commitment

We will never change this policy to remove entire content categories without giving creators at least 90 days notice and the ability to export their data. We know what it's like to have a platform pull the rug out from under you. That's why we built ChikiPay.
